What is the recommended daily limit?
The FDA has cited that 400 mg of caffeine per day is generally safe for most adults, therefore we recommend not consuming more than four 100mg pouches or two 200mg pouches per day. Wip is not intended for children under 18 years of age, people who are caffeine sensitive, or women who are pregnant or nursing.
How long should you leave the pouch in for?
