Shipping

Order processing

You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours after placing your order. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our standard shipping method, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please note that order processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Flat rate shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders above $25.00. All other orders will be shipped at a $3.99 flat rate. We are currently only able to ship to customers in the Contiguous United States.

Refunds, returns, exchanges

Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more information or email us at Hello@wip.com with any questions or concerns.

At Wip we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we want to know about it. Please don't hesitate to email us at hello@wip.com, and our dedicated support team will be more than happy to assist you.

Refunds

You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to request a full refund. Simply contact our customer service team at Hello@wip.com, and we will guide you through the process. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging. If your item is eligible and approved for return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and shipping instructions. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting approval for a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any requests that we believe are fraudulent or that abuse our return policy.

Processing time

If your request for a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product. Please allow some extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If you still don't see your refund after 15 business days, feel free to reach out to us at Hello@wip.com, and we'll be happy to assist.

Damaged/Defective item

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If any item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at Hello@wip.com. When contacting us, please include a clear photograph of the defective or damaged item, including the lot number on the back of the product. We'll evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exceptions

Any items marked “final sale” and gift card sales are final. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
