WIP REWARDS TRAINING CONTEST – OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. HOW TO ENTER:
The Wip Rewards Training Contest (the “Contest”) is held on a recurring monthly basis. Each contest period begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on the 1st day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on the last day of the same month.
To enter, participants must complete at least one (1) round of the designated Wip Rewards Training during the contest period. To qualify, participants must:

Correctly answer all quiz questions associated with the training; and

Accurately complete all required informational fields.
Each qualifying completion earns one (1) entry into that month’s contest.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of May 31, 2025. Employees of Wip Works, Inc. (“Sponsor” and “Administrator”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. WINNER SELECTION:
On or about the 1st day of the following month, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
To be eligible for the drawing, entries must reflect completion of at least one round of training, correct answers to all quiz questions, and accurate completion of all required informational fields.
The potential winner will be notified via email or phone and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within ten (10) days of notification, or by a date specified by the Sponsor. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner via random drawing. Returned or undeliverable notifications may result in disqualification.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entry constitutes permission for the Promotion Parties to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
The Promotion Parties are not responsible for: late, lost, incomplete, or incorrect entries; failed or delayed communications; technical malfunctions; or any human or technical error in the administration of the Contest.
If, in the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s judgment, the integrity of the Contest is compromised, they reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest. In such event, a winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to termination.
6. PRIZE:
One (1) prize of $1,000 awarded via Visa Gift Card. Limit one (1) prize per family or household. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. If a winner is disqualified, up to three (3) alternate winners may be selected via random drawing, after which the prize may remain unawarded.
7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM:
All matters relating to this Contest are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
8. PRIVACY:
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
9. WINNERS LIST:
For the name of the winner, available after June 2, 2025, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Wip Works, Inc., 41 East 11th Street, New York, NY 10003.
