Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Wip Rewards! By signing up for our Loyalty Program ("Program"), or using any benefits or rewards made available from time to time thereunder ("Rewards"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Program Terms"). Please read them carefully before participating in the Program.
In addition to these Program Terms, your participation in the Program is subject to our website Terms and Conditions of Service and Sale located at wip.com, which are made a part of these Program Terms by reference.
Information collected in connection with the Program is governed by our Privacy Policy available at wip.com. Please read the Privacy Policy as it explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
1. Program Membership, Eligibility, and Account
The Program is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of enrollment.
Membership in the Program is entirely voluntary and does not require a purchase or any other cost or fee to join. This Program is void where prohibited.
Only have one account registered to you. Wip may, at its sole discretion, suspend, cancel, or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials confidential and for ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Earning Wip Watts
Members can earn "points" in the Program, which we call "Wip Watts," in two (2) ways. First, Members can earn Wip Watts for making qualifying purchases of Wip products on wip.com or in retail stores. Second, Members can earn Wip Watts by completing certain activities.
Earning Wip Watts By Making Purchases
Wip Watts are earned on eligible Wip product purchases based on the specific SKU purchased. The standard rate is 10 Wip Watts per can of Wip Energy Pouches purchased. For subscription orders placed through Stay.ai, Members earn 20 Wip Watts per can.
Members must be logged into their account at the time they place their order to earn Wip Watts, and except as Wip may permit on a case-by-case basis in its sole discretion, Wip Watts will not be credited retroactively.
Earning Wip Watts Through Activities
Wip Watts earning activities include those outlined below and may be updated from time to time. Wip Watts will not be credited retroactively for activities completed when not logged in.
Activity: Wip Watts Earnings & Frequency
Receipt Upload (In-Store Purchases)
Members may upload receipts from eligible in-store purchases to earn Wip Watts. Wip Watts are awarded based on the products purchased (10 Wip Watts per can). In-store 3-count packets are not eligible for upload. Upload eligibility is subject to review and verification by Wip. A listing of how Wip products appear on retail receipts will be provided on the Program page.
3. Special Wip Watts Offers
From time to time, Wip may offer bonus Wip Watts opportunities, whereby Members have an opportunity to obtain additional Wip Watts on qualifying purchases or activities. The promotional materials will outline the specific terms of any such offer.
4. Additional Benefits — Wip Insiders
Select members may be designated as Wip Insiders and receive exclusive benefits, including the opportunity to vote on future product development decisions such as flavor profiles, product formats, and other innovations.
Birthday Rewards. As a Member, you will be eligible to receive a birthday reward once a year if your birthday is included in your profile. The birthday reward will be selected at our discretion.
5. Redeeming Wip Watts for Rewards
Members may redeem available Wip Watts for various Rewards on the Program page. The required number of Wip Watts will be subtracted from the account balance following Reward selection. Redemptions are final.
Current Rewards and the number of Wip Watts required to redeem are available on the Program dashboard. The type, timing, and availability of any Rewards will be determined by Wip in its sole discretion.
Current Rewards available for redemption include:
For free product rewards that include a flavor or size selection, members may choose from available options (100mg or 200mg; Mint, Sour Cherry, or Orange Citrus). Fruit Punch and Blue Raspberry are not available as free product rewards.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. The retail value of a Reward does not count toward Wip's free shipping thresholds. Rewards can only be redeemed online at wip.com.
Physical Rewards will be shipped to U.S. addresses only (50 U.S. states and D.C.). Wip reserves the right to substitute Rewards of comparable or greater value if any Reward becomes unavailable.
6. Wip Watts & Rewards Expiration
Wip Watts Expiration
Subject to applicable law, all unused Wip Watts automatically expire twelve (12) months from the date of a Member's last account activity (purchase or redemption) without further notice from Wip.
Wip Watts will also automatically expire if your Membership is revoked or otherwise canceled as set forth in Section 9 below.
Rewards Expiration
Rewards in the form of discount codes must be used within thirty (30) days from issuance unless otherwise indicated. If you fail to complete the required steps to claim your Reward within 30 days of receipt, the Reward will expire.
7. Wip Watts Have No Cash Value
Wip Watts, Rewards, and/or any other Program offers are promotional and have no cash or other pecuniary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, are not gift certificates, and have no value outside of this Program.
8. Subscription Milestone Rewards
The Program rewards participants based on the length of their continuous subscription with Wip through Stay.ai. The Program includes multiple milestones, each associated with specific rewards. Wip reserves the right to modify milestone requirements and associated rewards at any time.
Participants are eligible to earn rewards upon reaching specific subscription milestones as determined by Wip. Rewards may include but are not limited to discounts, free products, exclusive offers, and other benefits. Wip will communicate the details of each milestone and associated rewards via email or other designated communication channels.
Participants can redeem earned milestone rewards within the designated redemption period specified by Wip. Redemption instructions and restrictions will be provided by Wip. Milestone rewards are non-transferable.
9. Wip Watts Balance
Members may access and update their information and account status, including Wip Watts balance and expiration, by logging in to their Program account. Wip Watts will typically appear in Member accounts within seventy-two (72) hours of a qualifying activity.
If a Member reasonably believes Wip Watts were not properly credited to their account, they must notify us by contacting support@wip.com within thirty (30) days of the date on which such Wip Watts should have been credited.
10. Membership Inactivity
Wip reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that has no qualifying participation for six (6) months. Wip may do this without providing advance notice. You can always rejoin as a new member, though prior Wip Watts will not be reinstated.
11. Membership Suspension
Wip reserves the right to suspend, investigate, or terminate any membership and/or suspend or void Rewards or other offers at any time with or without notice for any reason, including without limitation any violation of these Program Terms.
In the event a Member's participation in the Program is terminated, all earning and redemption activities will be suspended and all accumulated Wip Watts and Rewards in their account are void upon the effective date of termination.
12. Program Disruptions
Wip is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, software, failure of any email, or any unavailability of the Program due to technical problems. In the event of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures, Wip reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Program.
Despite best efforts, errors do occasionally happen. Wip reserves the right to correct such errors at any time, even if it impacts pending Wip Watts or other Program offers. This could mean an adjustment to a Member's Wip Watts balance.
13. Program Modification and Termination
Wip reserves the right to change, modify, and/or cancel the Program, any aspect of the Program, or any portion of these Program Terms (or any other policies related to this Program) from time to time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice to Members.
If Wip decides to change these Program Terms, we will post an updated version at wip.com with an update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Program Terms.
Any changes to these Program Terms will be effective upon posting the revisions. Your continued participation in or access to the Program in any way after we post any changes confirms you agree to the revised terms.
14. General Terms
Taxes: Program members are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and/or government fees that may be imposed in connection with the Program.
Waiver: No delay or failure by us to enforce any of these Program Terms shall be a waiver of any of our rights.
Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Program Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Governing Law: Except to the extent otherwise expressly stated in the Program Terms, these Program Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
Miscellaneous: Wip may apply additional eligibility criteria, restrictions, or conditions to certain Activities or Rewards. Wip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add, modify, or clarify limitations at any time.

Wip Referral Program Terms & Conditions
The Wip Referral Program is subject to our website Terms and Conditions of Service and Sale and our Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional terms and conditions. If there is ever a direct conflict between these referral terms and those general terms, the referral-specific terms will govern.
How It Works
A Referral Dashboard ("Dashboard") is available to all registered Wip Rewards Program Members and can be found in their Program account page. The Dashboard generates unique referral codes, provides options to share via email, SMS, or social media, and tracks referral status.
Eligible Referrers can use the Dashboard to generate a unique referral code. Referrers may only make referrals to friends and family; by making a referral you are representing that you have permission to share the referral with the recipient.
Referrer
Any eligible individual can refer a friend (a "Referred Customer") as a "Referrer", regardless of whether the Referrer is a new or existing Wip customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person.
Referred Customers
For a Qualified Referral, the Referred Customer must be a natural person who has never purchased from the Wip online shop before (new customer). Each natural person can only be a Referred Customer once.
Reward Details
Only Qualified Referrals that follow these terms and satisfy all Wip Referral Program criteria shall be eligible for a referral Reward. Reward codes will appear via email or SMS within thirty (30) days of the Qualified Referral.
Eligibility Details
Only individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of referral code generation are eligible. Wip employees and third-party agents compensated for selling Wip products are not eligible to participate.
General Terms
Misuse. Any misuse of the Wip Referral Program is prohibited. This includes circumvention by using other contact details by the same person, or the use of an intermediary if the actual beneficiary is not truly a new customer.
No Spam. The Wip Referral Program is designed to avoid spam and unreasonable harassment. Referrers must comply with all applicable spam laws. Referral messages must be created and sent in a personal manner.
Right to Remove Rewards and Close Accounts. Wip reserves the right to remove Rewards deemed to involve fraud, abuse, misuse, or other inappropriate or suspicious behavior. Wip also reserves the right to close accounts involved in such activity.
Right to Change Terms or Cancel the Referral Program. Wip reserves the right to terminate the Wip Referral Program or change its terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any unclaimed Rewards will be forfeited upon termination.
